01) File / New / 700 x 600 px / transparent

set your FGC to: #BEAB71 (light colour)
and your BGC to: #805825 (dark colour)

Effects / Plugins / MuRa's Meister / Cloud:

 

02) open tube: calguismist1789.pspimage

Image / Mirror

Edit / Copy
close tube again,
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

position it as shown below:

 

03) Layers / New Raster Layer

Selections / Select all

open tube: calguismistc289.pspimage

Image / Mirror

Edit / Copy
close it again
back to your selection

Edit / Paste / Paste into selection

position it as shown below:

Deselect

set blend mode of this layer to: overlay

 

04) open tube: MMDesignz_Si 204209.pspimage

Image / Resize: 80%

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen

Edit / Copy
close tube again,
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

position it as shown below:

Layers / Duplicate

Layers / Merge / Merge Down

Image / Mirror

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen

Edit / Copy
close tube again,
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

position it as shown below:

 

06) Layers / Duplicate

activate layer under it

Adjust / Blur / Gaussian Blur: Radius 20

activate top layer again

Layers / Merge / Merge Down

 

07) Layers / New Raster Layer

Effects / Plugins / MuRa's Meister / Cloud:

set blend mode to: overlay

Layers / Duplicate

Effects / Plugins / Alien Skin Xenofex 2 / Burnt Edges:

Effects / Plugins / Graphics Plus / CrossShadow:

 

08) activate your text tool

font: DianaCTT / size: 48 / vector / stroke width: 0

swap your FGC with your BGC

write your text

position it as shown below:

Layers / Convert to Raster Layer

set blend mode of this layer to: overlay

Layers / Duplicate

Layers / Merge / Merge down

add your watermark and name

 

09) activate layer: Raster 3 (heart tube)

activate your freehand selection tool:

select the heart as shown below:

Effects / Plugins / Alien Skin Xenofex 2 / Constellation:

Deselect

Edit / Copy Merged

open your Animation Shop

Edit / Paste / Paste as new animation

back to your PSP

 

10) Edit / Undo Select None

Edit / Undo Constellation

Effects / Plugins / Alien Skin Xenofex 2 / Constellation:
hit once on: Random Seed

Deselect

Edit / Copy Merged

back to your Animation Shop

Edit / Paste / After Current Frame

 

11) repeat last step 10

File / Save as... *.gif
